Delivery
All our orders leave our warehouse within one business day, and are delivered via Royal Mail Second Class. (With the exception of live stock orders, these are delivered by our own team) Orders over £100 are sent Second Class Signed For.
Warranty
Avian Breeding are pleased to offer a 14 day from time of purchase warranty against manufacture defects on all products. Avian Breeding must be informed of the issue within three days of sale for our warranty to be valid. Avian Breeding reserves the right to instruct the customer on the proper usage of the device to correct any issues. Customers have 3 options returning goods once Avian Breeding has been contacted and the warranty return has been approved by us.
Receipt of purchase must be retained and returned.
1) The customer can return the defective item to our warehouse, Avian Breeding does not accept returns of items that are not defective due to a manufacturing issue. Avian Breeding does not accept the return of items that have been damaged by the user, and reserves the right to determine if that is the case when the goods are returned for up to 48hrs, Avian Breeding's decision is final.
2) The customer can purchase a replacement over the phone or through the website paying the full price including shipping. When the returned goods have been received a refund will be issued for the purchase price plus the shipping charge using the method that the goods were purchased with. This option allows you to get the replacement as quick as possible, and also allows you to purchase additional product beyond what is being replaced with your shipping cost refunded. Avian Breeding does not accept returns of items that are not defective due to a manufacturing issue. Avian Breeding does not accept the return of items that have been damaged by the user, and reserves the right to determine if that is the case when the goods are returned for up to 48hrs, Avian Breeding's decision is final.
3) The customer can mail the defective item back to Avian Breeding. Once received Avian Breeding will send out the replacement item using regular post. Avian Breeding does not accept returns of items that are not defective due to a manufacturing issue. Avian Breeding does not accept the return of items that have been damaged by the user, and reserves the right to determine if that is the case when the goods are returned for up to 48hrs, Avian Breeding's decision is final.
